Operational:

  • ✓ System ready for pilot customer onboarding
  • ✓ Documentation complete (API, deployment, admin guide)
  • ✓ Performance meets targets (<1s reports, <100ms API response)
  • ✓ Security audit passed

Team:

  • ✓ All 9 workstreams complete
  • ✓ Code quality standards met
  • ✓ Team confident in handoff to Phase 2

Phase 2 Success (Integration Ready)
